David Bezalel was born in Mariupol. At the age of 14 he moved to Israel under the Naale program and studied in school, not far away from Atlit. In Israel, he embraced Jewish traditions. Two years ago, after graduating from school, David Bezalel returned to Mariupol, Ukraine. All this time he doubted whether he should go back to Israel or stay in Ukraine. The war decided everything for him."
